The Gang

This is a co-operative game of Texas Hold 'Em Poker. No, it really is! You've got two decks of cards and you play Poker using the Texas Hold 'Em rules. However, instead of betting on your hand, you 'bet' to rank everybody's hands. Get it right and everybody wins. Otherwise...

The way this works is that there are 'rank' chips for the number of players and people grab the one they think fits how good/bad their hand is. Since you can take them from other players, this may take some time to settle down. ("I've got the worst hand!" "No, my hand is worse!") Every time you'd bet in a standard game, there's another set of rank chips. Thus you can see how players' hands evolve as new cards appear.

I was not impressed by the description, but it was surprisingly fun to play. My advice is that it's all too easy to overlook a flush. Ahem.
